Philanthropy and Community Involvement

Here at Madfish, we believe in giving something back. We are a local restaurant, and we find it very important to support the local community, as well as those less fortunate. Every year we look forward to donating our gift certificates, time, food and services to community events. We also really enjoy holding in-house charity campaigns… we love getting our customers involved in giving back! Below is a list of some of the events and charities that we support. In-House Charity Campaigns

Susan G Komen for the Cure: Each September we put out a special “Pink Menu.” We donate profits from the sale of items on this menu to a local group of women who walk in the Susan G Komen 3-Day walk. This money then goes directly to the Susan G Komen foundation to find a cure for breast cancer. Past menu items have included ice cream cupcakes from Cold Stone Creamery, wines from Cupcake Vineyards and special martinis and cocktails.

 

Toys for Tots: Each December we run a campaign called “Coupons for Tots.” For every $5 that a customer donates, they get to pick a Madfish Coupon out of a box. All money donated goes to our local Toys for Tots chapter, which uses the money to buy Christmas gifts for needy children who might otherwise not receive any. All coupons are worth at least $5, ranging from free appetizers and drinks to free dinner entrees or 10% off of the entire bill.

Numerous local organizations ask us for gift certificate donations. We do our best to honor gift certificate requests.
